TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 11, 2026
OVERVIEW
This website and the services offered through it are operated by The Service Hub, also referred to as “TSH,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
The Service Hub provides repair, maintenance and technical services for residential and commercial properties. Customers can report a problem through our website, telephone, WhatsApp or other available communication channels, and we will arrange for an appropriate technician to assess and address the reported issue.
These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, your submission of service requests and the provision of services by The Service Hub, its employees, technicians, subcontractors and authorized service providers.
By accessing our website, submitting a service request, approving a quotation, scheduling an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms communicated to you in connection with a specific service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or requesting a service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or use our services.
We reserve the right to update, replace or amend any part of these Terms by publishing the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
By using our website or requesting a service, you confirm that:
-
You are at least the age of majority under the laws applicable to you;
-
You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with The Service Hub;
-
The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
-
You are the owner, lawful occupant, authorized representative or person otherwise permitted to request work at the relevant property.
If you submit a service request on behalf of a company, restaurant, hotel, retail store, office, building or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf and approve the requested services and related charges.
You may not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
SECTION 2 – OUR SERVICES
The Service Hub provides or coordinates repair, maintenance, installation, inspection and related technical services for residential and commercial properties.
Services may include, without limitation:
-
Air conditioning and HVAC services;
-
Plumbing and drainage;
-
Electrical repairs;
-
Carpentry and door repairs;
-
Painting and finishing;
-
Bathroom and kitchen repairs;
-
Appliance and equipment repairs;
-
Water pumps and water systems;
-
Locks, fixtures and fittings;
-
General maintenance;
-
Preventive maintenance;
-
Emergency repair services; and
-
Other property-related services made available by us.
The availability of a particular service depends on the location, time, technician availability, required qualifications, required materials and nature of the problem.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service request that is unsafe, unlawful, outside our service scope or beyond the qualifications or capabilities of the available technician.
SECTION 3 – SERVICE REQUESTS
You may request a service through our website, telephone, WhatsApp or any other channel made available by The Service Hub.
When submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information, including:
-
Your name and contact details;
-
The property address and location;
-
Whether the property is residential or commercial;
-
A description of the problem;
-
Any relevant photos or videos;
-
Your preferred appointment time; and
-
Any known risks, access restrictions or special conditions.
Submitting a service request does not automatically guarantee acceptance, technician availability, a fixed arrival time or completion of the requested work.
A service request is considered accepted when The Service Hub confirms the appointment or dispatches a technician.
SECTION 4 – RESPONSE AND ARRIVAL TIMES
The Service Hub aims to respond quickly and, where possible, send an appropriate technician within a few hours.
However, all response times, arrival times and appointment windows are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service time in writing.
Actual response and arrival times may be affected by:
-
Technician availability;
-
Traffic and road conditions;
-
Weather;
-
The customer’s location;
-
The type and urgency of the problem;
-
Availability of parts or equipment;
-
Earlier appointments taking longer than expected;
-
Public emergencies or events beyond our control; and
-
Health and safety requirements.
The Service Hub will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material delays. We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from an estimated arrival time not being met, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 5 – TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Services may be performed by The Service Hub’s employees, authorized technicians, subcontractors or independent service providers engaged by us.
The Service Hub remains the customer’s primary point of contact for booking, communication and service coordination.
Technicians may be required to assess the issue before confirming whether the requested repair can be completed, what materials are required and how much the work will cost.
Customers must not directly engage, hire or arrange additional work with a technician introduced by The Service Hub outside our official booking and payment process unless The Service Hub provides prior written approval.
SECTION 6 – INSPECTIONS, QUOTATIONS AND APPROVAL
Prices displayed on our website, social media pages or promotional materials are indicative unless expressly stated to be fixed.
The final price may depend on:
-
The nature and severity of the issue;
-
The time required;
-
The required technician or specialist;
-
Materials and replacement parts;
-
Transportation;
-
Property access;
-
Emergency or after-hours service;
-
Additional faults discovered during inspection; and
-
Any additional work requested by the customer.
A technician may need to inspect the issue before providing a quotation.
A quotation may include labour, parts, materials, transportation, inspection fees and applicable taxes or charges.
You must approve the quotation before chargeable repair work begins, except where:
-
You have previously approved a spending limit;
-
The work is covered by an existing maintenance agreement; or
-
Immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent danger or significant property damage and you have authorized such action.
If additional problems are discovered during the work, the technician may stop the work and request approval for an updated quotation.
You are not required to approve additional work. However, declining necessary additional work may prevent completion of the original service.
SECTION 7 – INSPECTION AND CALL-OUT FEES
The Service Hub may charge an inspection, diagnosis, transportation, emergency or call-out fee.
Any applicable fee will be communicated before the visit whenever reasonably possible.
An inspection or call-out fee may remain payable even if:
-
The customer decides not to proceed with the repair;
-
The requested repair cannot be completed;
-
Replacement parts are unavailable;
-
The problem requires a different specialist;
-
The technician determines that replacement is more appropriate than repair;
-
The customer is absent or does not provide access; or
-
The problem cannot be reproduced during the visit.
Where applicable, we may deduct the inspection fee from the final service price if the customer approves the repair.
SECTION 8 – CUSTOMER ACCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide safe, timely and reasonable access to the property and the affected area.
Before the technician arrives, you must:
-
Ensure that an authorized adult is present;
-
Secure pets where necessary;
-
Remove obstacles from the working area;
-
Inform us of hazardous materials or unsafe conditions;
-
Inform us of building-access rules;
-
Obtain any required landlord, building-management or third-party approvals;
-
Provide access to electricity, water or other utilities where needed; and
-
Protect valuable, fragile or sensitive items near the working area.
You are responsible for ensuring that the technician is legally and practically permitted to perform the requested work at the property.
The technician may refuse to begin or continue work if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful or unsuitable.
Additional charges may apply if work is delayed because the customer did not provide proper access, information or preparation.
SECTION 9 – CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
The Service Hub relies on the information you provide when selecting and dispatching a technician.
You are responsible for clearly and accurately describing the problem.
We are not responsible for delays, incorrect technician assignment, additional costs or inability to complete the service where the information supplied by the customer was incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.
Photos, videos and descriptions provided before the visit are used for preliminary assessment only and do not replace an in-person inspection.
SECTION 10 – PARTS AND MATERIALS
Repairs may require replacement parts, consumables or other materials.
Unless otherwise agreed, The Service Hub or the technician may supply the necessary parts and materials and include their cost in the quotation.
The availability, brand, model and delivery time of parts may depend on third-party suppliers.
Where an exact part is unavailable, we may propose a suitable alternative. No alternative part will be installed without the customer’s approval.
Parts supplied by the customer are used at the customer’s own risk. The Service Hub does not guarantee the quality, compatibility, legality, safety or durability of customer-supplied parts.
Additional labour charges may apply if a customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, incompatible or requires additional installation work.
Removed or replaced parts may be disposed of unless the customer asks to retain them before they are removed.
SECTION 11 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are subject to confirmation and may change before a quotation is accepted.
Payment may be required:
-
Before technician dispatch;
-
Upon technician arrival;
-
Before ordering parts;
-
After completion of the service;
-
In instalments according to an approved quotation; or
-
According to a commercial maintenance agreement.
The Service Hub may require a deposit for parts, materials, large repairs, special orders or scheduled projects.
Unless otherwise agreed, all outstanding amounts are due immediately upon completion of the service.
The customer agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse further services where payment remains outstanding.
Any bank fees, payment-processing fees or currency-conversion charges imposed by third parties are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 12 – CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND NO ACCESS
Customers should notify The Service Hub as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A cancellation fee may apply where:
-
The customer cancels after a technician has been dispatched;
-
The customer cancels shortly before the appointment;
-
The technician arrives but cannot access the property;
-
No authorized person is present;
-
The customer provided an incorrect address;
-
The working area is unsafe or inaccessible; or
-
Required building or property approvals have not been obtained.
The Service Hub may cancel or reschedule a service because of technician unavailability, safety concerns, weather, emergencies, access problems or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where we cancel a prepaid service and no work has been performed or non-refundable materials purchased, the relevant payment will be refunded or credited.
SECTION 13 – COMPLETION AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Upon completion, the customer or authorized representative may be asked to inspect the work and confirm completion.
Any visible concern should be reported before the technician leaves whenever reasonably possible.
Signing a job sheet, approving completion electronically, making payment or allowing the technician to leave without raising a visible concern may be treated as confirmation that the requested work was completed, without affecting any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Problems that are not immediately visible should be reported to The Service Hub promptly after discovery.
SECTION 14 – SERVICE WARRANTY
Where applicable, The Service Hub may provide a limited workmanship warranty for a stated period communicated in the quotation, invoice or service report.
A workmanship warranty applies only to the specific work performed and does not cover:
-
Unrelated faults;
-
Normal wear and tear;
-
Misuse, neglect or accidental damage;
-
Pre-existing defects;
-
Defective customer-supplied parts;
-
Manufacturer defects;
-
Damage caused by water, fire, weather, power surges or structural movement;
-
Work altered or repaired by another person;
-
Failure to follow technician recommendations;
-
Temporary repairs identified as temporary;
-
Repeated blockage caused by improper use;
-
Pest or environmental damage; or
-
Problems caused by systems outside the repaired area.
Replacement parts may be covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Any such warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
The customer must provide proof of service and allow The Service Hub a reasonable opportunity to inspect the reported warranty issue.
SECTION 15 – PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIDDEN DEFECTS
Properties, appliances and systems may contain hidden defects, deterioration, unauthorized modifications, corrosion, poor workmanship or conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.
The Service Hub is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage that is the unavoidable result of accessing, testing, opening or repairing a defective system, provided reasonable care is used.
Examples may include:
-
Brittle pipes;
-
Corroded fittings;
-
Deteriorated wiring;
-
Weak walls or ceilings;
-
Previously damaged tiles;
-
Concealed water damage;
-
Improper previous installations; and
-
Obsolete equipment.
If a hidden condition is discovered, the technician may stop work and provide an updated recommendation or quotation.
SECTION 16 – EMERGENCIES AND SAFETY
The Service Hub provides repair and maintenance support but is not a police, ambulance, firefighting, civil-defence or public-utility emergency service.
For situations involving immediate danger to life, fire, suspected gas leaks, severe flooding, exposed live electricity, structural collapse, criminal activity or another public emergency, you should first contact the appropriate emergency authority or utility provider.
Do not enter or remain in an unsafe area while waiting for a technician.
The Service Hub may instruct you to shut off electricity, water, gas or equipment where it is reasonably safe to do so. You should not attempt any action that could put you or another person at risk.
SECTION 17 – COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
Commercial customers may request services for restaurants, hotels, retail stores, offices, warehouses, buildings and other business premises.
The person submitting the request confirms that they have authority to approve the work and related charges.
Commercial customers are responsible for:
-
Informing us of operating-hour restrictions;
-
Providing permits and access passes;
-
Communicating health and safety procedures;
-
Coordinating with building management;
-
Identifying sensitive equipment or business areas;
-
Informing us of customer, guest or employee safety requirements; and
-
Ensuring the work complies with internal approval procedures.
Estimated completion times do not constitute a guarantee that the customer’s business will remain operational or reopen by a particular time.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, The Service Hub is not responsible for lost business, lost revenue, interruption, loss of reservations, loss of customers or other indirect commercial losses.
SECTION 18 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may provide access to third-party tools or services, including payment processors, maps, messaging applications, scheduling systems and external websites.
These third-party services are provided subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service Hub does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or operation of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may involve sharing information with the relevant provider.
SECTION 19 – PERSONAL INFORMATION, PHOTOS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Personal information submitted through our website or service channels is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You authorize The Service Hub to contact you by telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar communication methods regarding:

-
Quotations;
-
Payment;
-

-
Warranty claims; and
-
Related customer-service matters.
Technicians may take photographs or videos of the affected area before, during or after the work for diagnosis, documentation, quality control, quotation, warranty and dispute-resolution purposes.
We will not use identifiable images of your private property for public marketing without permission, except where the image has been anonymized or where use is otherwise permitted by law.
SECTION 20 – USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you provide reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs or other content, you confirm that:
-
The content is accurate and lawful;
-
You have the right to provide it;
-
It does not violate another person’s rights;
-
It does not contain malicious software;
-
It is not defamatory, threatening, abusive or misleading; and
-
It does not disclose confidential information without authorization.
You grant The Service Hub permission to use, reproduce and display reviews and feedback for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, false, abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
SECTION 21 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services:
-
For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
-
To submit false service requests;

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any prohibited use.
SECTION 22 – WEBSITE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free or up to date.
Service descriptions, prices, response times, coverage areas and availability may change without notice.
The website and online booking tools may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or services.
SECTION 23 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

Every reported problem can be repaired;

A repair will restore equipment beyond its reasonable remaining condition;

Estimated arrival or completion times will always be achieved; or
-
Every service will produce the customer’s preferred outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 24 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Service Hub and its owners, directors, employees, technicians, agents, subcontractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from the website or services.
This may include:

Loss of business;
-
Loss of data;
-
Loss of use;
-
Business interruption;
-
Loss of reservations;
-
Loss of opportunity; or
-
Costs resulting from delayed access or service completion.
Where liability cannot be excluded, The Service Hub’s total liability relating to a specific service will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
SECTION 25 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Service Hub, its owners, directors, employees, technicians, subcontractors, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
-
Your breach of these Terms;

Your lack of authority to request work at the property;
-
Unsafe or unlawful conditions under your control;
-
Your violation of another person’s rights;
-
Customer-supplied parts or materials; or
-
Your unlawful or improper use of our website or services.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by The Service Hub’s own liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 26 – FORCE MAJEURE
The Service Hub is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include severe weather, road closures, traffic disruption, natural disasters, fire, conflict, civil unrest, government restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, telecommunications failures, supplier delays, labour shortages, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and reschedule the affected service.
SECTION 27 – TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you access our website or use our services.
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to payment of amounts already due and any applicable cancellation or material costs.

-
Payment is overdue;
-
Staff or technicians are threatened or abused;
-
The site is unsafe;
-
The requested work is unlawful;
-
You provide false information; or
-
Continuing the service would create unreasonable legal, safety or operational risk.
Rights and obligations that arose before termination will continue to apply.
SECTION 28 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed from the Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 29 – NO WAIVER
The failure of The Service Hub to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver must be confirmed by us in writing.
SECTION 30 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, accepted quotations, invoices, maintenance agreements and any written service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Service Hub regarding the relevant services.
They replace previous discussions, communications or representations concerning the same subject matter.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial maintenance agreement, the signed agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 31 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any separate agreement under which The Service Hub provides services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lebanon unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution method.
